Meet Christy
Hi, I'm Christy Tesmer, a crystal healer and Reiki master practitioner. I work with crystals and connect with the universal energy force to help women re-awaken to their innate power to live purposeful and energetically aligned lives. I work with people who feel as if they're struggling to stay afloat through life's twists and turns. I help individuals and groups learn how to cope with any challenges that come their way so that they feel at peace, calm, and in control, no matter what shows up. My real job is to show you that you have everything you need to stay afloat when you feel like you're being pulled under without a life preserver.
I believe that everything is made of energy and as a graduate of the Free Spirit School of Developing Consciousness Program continue to research, experience, and share my knowledge of the metaphysical world. I am passionate about breath work, intuitive energy healing, astrology and setting intentions to create life on your terms.
